Revoked Access Token Reactivation

No, a revoked access token cannot be reactivated. A new access token must be created.


Access Token Auto Renewal

Access tokens are not automatically renewed when they expire. However, the user can create a new access token by using the Regenerate option.


Access Token Login

On the Synergy login screen, select Access Token as the login method. Paste the copied access token into the relevant field. Log in to the system with your access permissions by clicking the Login button.


Access Token Date Range

The date range determines the period during which the access key will be valid. At the end of this period, the key automatically becomes invalid, thus increasing security and ensuring that permissions can only be used for a specific period of time.


Forgotten Access Token

A forgotten or lost access key can be recreated with the Regenerate operation in the system. The old key automatically becomes invalid and security is ensured.
